We currently deliver across Lebanon only. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas are usually delivered within 24 hours after dispatch. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. To keep your pieces looking their best, please follow the care instructions specific to each material:

Fine Porcelain — Dishwasher safe at low temperatures. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. placing cold porcelain directly in a hot oven). Hand washing is recommended for pieces with gold or decorative accents.

Glassware & Thermo Glass — Hand wash recommended to preserve clarity and double-wall integrity. Avoid abrasive sponges. Not suitable for microwave use.

Stainless Steel — Wipe clean with a damp cloth or wash by hand with mild soap. Avoid soaking for extended periods to maintain finish quality.

Bamboo & Mango Wood — Hand wash only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. Occasional oiling with food-safe oil will help preserve the natural finish.

Aluminium pieces — Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to preserve the finish.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
