EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, you can exchange it within 10 days of delivery.

HOW EXCHANGES WORK
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging, with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your order number or order confirmation (if the item was a gift, the order number or the sender’s name is enough)

To request an exchange, contact us by email at orders@beitandco.com or on WhatsApp at +961 79 409 899 before sending anything back. Include your order number and the item you would like instead. Once your request is approved, we will arrange collection of the original item and delivery of the new one.

Please note:

• The exchange delivery fee applies to every exchange, regardless of order value.
• Your new item must be of equal or higher value than the item you are exchanging. Any difference is payable on delivery.
• If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal or higher value.
• Items sent back without our prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, by email at orders@beitandco.com or on WhatsApp at +961 79 409 899. Send photos of the item and its packaging, along with your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you, or refund you in full if a replacement is not available.

The 24-hour window applies to damage or errors visible on delivery.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items bought on sale or marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Not sure whether your item qualifies? Ask us before requesting an exchange.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective or incorrect items that we cannot replace. Once we receive and check the item, we will confirm the outcome within 2 business days.

• Card payments are refunded to the original card. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by a method we agree with you.
